You may return any unwanted item in unused and new condition with original packaging within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All used and unwanted items or items without original packaging can be returned within 30 days of use can be returned with a restocking fee of 10% of the item original listing cost (not discounted) and the cost of shipping. All fees and shipping will be deducted from the return credit.

Defective items can be returned and exchanged within 45 days of purchase. Return shipping costs will only be covered if the return is due to shipping or manufacturing error (i.e. wrong item received or wrong size received  or defective item). The cost of shipping will be deducted from any customer credit amount for any returns resulting from unwanted items or any returns over 45 days. Returns will not be accepted beyond 60 days. Restocking fees of 10% of item listing cost may apply.

Returns will be replaced or credited for any product proven to be defective based on proper intended use and 45 day return policy. SoleAid products are guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Limited 1 year warranty for breakage of select insoles with shell arch supports (the internal polypropylene, HDPE, or Cobra Shell arch support shells) when used under normal conditions. We will offer replacements of any broken products to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Credits or replacements will be handled thru our return process outlined below.

Acceptance of returned merchandise is at the discretion of SoleAid and must be approved by Customer Service for products purchased directly from SoleAidinsoles.com. All merchandise returned must have a SoleAid issued RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization), merchandise received without being authorized in advance will not be accepted for processing. To request return, log into your account on SoleAidInsoles.com and complete the request for RMA from your order history page.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
