You may return new, unused items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item) otherwise the cost of shipping will be deducted from the credit amount.

We either replace or issue credit for any product proven to be defective based on proper intended use and in a reasonable time frame. SoleAid products are always guaranteed to be free of defects in material and workmanship. Lifetime guarantee against breakage of the plastic foot support (inside casing) when used under normal conditions. We will replace any product to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Credits or replacements will be handled thru our return process outlined below.

Acceptance of returned merchandise is at the discretion of SoleAid and must be approved by Customer Service for products purchased directly from SoleAidinsoles.com. All merchandise returned must have a SoleAid issued RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization), merchandise received without being authorized in advance will not be accepted for processing. To request return, log into your account on SoleAidInsoles.com and complete the request for RMA from your order history page.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
