How do I know which SoleAid® insole or orthotic to purchase?

SoleAid® offers a variety of insoles and orthotics for all kinds of foot and lower body conditions, use occasions and shoe types. To learn which insole or orthotic is right for you navigate to “Our Products” and search by “Activity” or “Condition”. Do I need full-length or ¾ length insoles?

Insole length is largely determined by the shoe you will be using your insole with. If the shoe has a removable insole, we recommend that you remove it, and replace it with a full-length model. If your insoles are not removable, the ¾ length models can be placed directly on top of the existing insole.

 

What kinds of conditions do SoleAid® insoles and orthotics help treat?

SoleAid® insoles and orthotics help treat a variety of foot, knee, lower back, leg and hip conditions such as Achilles Tendinitis, Arch Pain Ball of Foot Pain, Flat Feet, Heel Pain, Heel Spurs, Plantar Fasciitis, Shoe-Related Discomfort & Tired, Achy Feet.

 

What type of shoes do SoleAid® insoles work with?

Do SoleAid® insoles or orthotics contain latex?

No, none of our insoles or orthotics contain any latex materials.

 

How do I clean my SoleAid® insoles?

You can wash SoleAid® Insoles and orthotics by hand with mild soap & water. They should be left to air-dry; they cannot be machine dried.

 

What if the manufacturer's insoles in my shoes are not removable? Can I still insert my SoleAid® insoles or orthotics?

SoleAid® insoles and orthotics can placed over a shoe’s existing insole as long as the shoe is still comfortable and does not feel too tight. Any insole or orthotic that is not full-length should be placed on top of your shoe’s existing insole.

 

Can SoleAid® insoles or orthotics be transferred from shoe to shoe?

Yes, SoleAid® insoles and orthotics can be transferred from shoe to shoe as long as the shoe is still comfortable and does not feel too tight. Since every shoe is different, certain insoles and orthotics may fit better in certain shoes. We encourage you to find the insole or orthotic that fits best for you for each shoe.
